Returns

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Where an item has been purchased through our website no further proof is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will either make the refund in line with our returns policy or, in the event that a full refund of the purchase price of the item cannot be made, we will email you informing you of our decision and the amount to be refunded.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, This will be done through Stripe, our payment platform, and will be processed within their refund terms and conditions.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and where stocks allow.  If you need to exchange an item send an email to bricksandbitsuk@yahoo.co.uk and return the item to: Bricks and Bits Toy Shop, 1 Dixon Road, Sheffield, S6 4FY. Whilst we will always try to replace items where requested, we make no guarantee to be in a position to make an exchange and so where this is not possible, as long as an item has been returned in line with our returns policy, a full refund of the purchase price of the item will be made once it has been recieved by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping

To return your purchase, you should mail your product to: Bricks and Bits Toy Shop, 1 Dixon Road, Sheffield, S6 4FY.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are usually only refunded as a matter of course if the item being returned was defective or damaged by us before it was shipped. We do not refund return postage costs where damage to the item was caused by the postal service and where damage is limited to packaging and no claim can be made under their terms and conditions. This usually includes the box an item was sold in. Where damage during postage is significant we reserve the right to refund the return postage costs at our discretion.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel up to 14 calendar days after delivery of your order.

Orders can be cancelled by email to bricksandbitsuk@yahoo.co.uk.

All items must be returned to Bricks and Bits Toy Shop, 1 Dixon Road, Sheffield, S6 4FY within 14 calendar days of the confirmed cancellation and in line with our refunds policy.

 Return postage costs will be at your expense.

We aim to refund within 3 working days on receipt and inspection of the returned order
